Exchange Programme

About the Programme:
Change starts at the grassroots level, and new frameworks require young, new voices. Because traditional setups often limit these perspectives, this programme rejects the established structures of standard internships or work experience. Instead, it’s structured around the participant, enabling them to act as a fly on the wall and contribute to a varied range of studio projects.

Who:
This programme is for recent graduates, or those approaching graduation, who are versed in a specific discipline — graphic design, architecture, fashion, product, curation or something adjacent — but whose interests extend beyond it.
